Desain rumah terinspirasi dari bentuk gerakan ikan yang sedang berenang, pergerakan ikan sangatlah dinamis sehingga banyak inspirasi yang dapat didatangkan dengan mengkombinasikan gerakan ikan tersebut mulai dari gerakan menyamping, lurus, serong, atas dan bawah dan gerakan lainnya.
Bentuk yang diambil bukanlah bentuk ikan yang sedang bergerak melainkan bentuk dari aliran air yang dilalui oleh ikan tersebut sehingga muncullah imbuhan "AQUA" pada desain rumah, bentuk aliran air tersebut dapat melambangkan simbol kehidupan karena air adalah kehidupan.
